Mama’s Tenders Restaurant Chain is seeking to hire a Branch Manager according to the following requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in the Fast Food (QSR) industry.
  • Track Record: At least 3 years of experience in the same job title (Branch Manager).
  • Language: Very good command of the English language.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Location: Resident of West Amman.
  • Transportation: Owning a car is preferred.
Required Skills :

Health and hygiene

Proficiency in Point of Sale systems, examples (Mobile POS System, Web POS system, Desktop POS System, Handheld POS System, Tablet POS System, Terminal POS system, Self Service Kiosk System, Multichannel POS System)

MS Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)

Culinary, Food Preparation, and Kitchen Operations Management Skills

Inventory Management and Cost Control

Sales skills (Communication, Prospecting, Business Acumen, Objection Handling, Negotiation Skills, Territory Management, Buyer Research, Time Management and Planning, Judgment, Collaboration)
