• Familiarity with POS and order management systems.

• Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently under pressure.

• Presentable appearance and strong customer service skills.

• Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders accurately.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.

• Support daily sales targets and upselling efforts.
