Chef de Partie
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in restaurants.
Advanced knowledge of preparing main courses and appetizers according to kitchen section.
Full adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
Ability to organize work, manage time, and control portioning effectively.
Skills in training and supervising section staff to achieve high performance.
Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards in the assigned section.
Continuously monitor ingredient quality and freshness.
Ensure proper storage, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
Organize workflow within the section and supervise kitchen staff.
Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely and high-quality service.
Suggest new recipes and improve preparation and presentation methods.
