A leading restaurant company undergoing expansion is seeking to hire:

Food & Beverage Quality and Production Officer

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food quality and safety within the restaurant sector.

  • Strong knowledge and practical application of HACCP standards and public health regulations.

  • Experience supervising food production quality in central kitchens or multi-branch operations.

  • Ability to develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOPs.

  • Proven ability to train staff on food safety procedures and quality standards.

  • Strong auditing, inspection, and analytical reporting skills.

  • Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee food and beverage quality across all branches.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and public health regulations.

  • Conduct regular inspections and prepare evaluation reports.

  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.

  • Monitor supplier quality standards.

  • Deliver ongoing food safety and quality training programs.

  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities when required.
