A leading restaurant company undergoing expansion is seeking to hire:
Minimum 5 years of experience in food quality and safety within the restaurant sector.
Strong knowledge and practical application of HACCP standards and public health regulations.
Experience supervising food production quality in central kitchens or multi-branch operations.
Ability to develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOPs.
Proven ability to train staff on food safety procedures and quality standards.
Strong auditing, inspection, and analytical reporting skills.
Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Oversee food and beverage quality across all branches.
Ensure compliance with food safety and public health regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and prepare evaluation reports.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Monitor supplier quality standards.
Deliver ongoing food safety and quality training programs.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities when required.
