Job Vacancy – Salad Chef

 

A growing restaurant chain is hiring, minimum 1 year restaurant experience:

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in preparing salads and appetizers in restaurants.

  • Knowledge of local and international salad varieties and presentation techniques.

  • Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality dishes.

  • Organizational skills and ability to manage time and portioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present salads and appetizers according to restaurant standards.

  • Ensure the quality and cleanliness of ingredients.

  • Follow proper storage methods and monitor ingredient freshness.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

  • Suggest new recipes or improve salad presentation methods.
